IDZlink.com is a Business Management Software Network where Users and Companies can interact with each other within the system. This involves sending invoices and other requests/documents from Company to Company. Due to this, the set up process revolves around creating a company, and then purchasing a license for your required module (POS/Webstore/Accounts/ERP) which is then attached to your company.

Create a company

a. Click the User button on the top right corner of the screen.

b. Click Company

c. Click Create Company

d. Fill in the details about your company and click save.

c. Click the company you created from the top right User button.

d. Click Add License at the top of the page.

The easiest way to do this is through the Begin Set up button, which streamlines the entire process from one page to the next. Attaching a license may take a few minutes since we create a database for each company.

Once the set up process is done, click the Home button in the bottom left corner to see your company and it’s modules. Since a Default Department, Outlet, Tax Category is created, you can head straight to setting up your items after you set up your user roles.

Next up, is setting User Roles and Permissions.
