How to make a local purchase.

Once you finish setting up your items and opening stock, you are now ready to make your first local purchase. This transaction is used to purchase items from your suppliers, so your stock levels increase. You will need to have some stock to see your items in your reports, point of sale and e-commerce store.

Go to Purchase

o Open the Home Menu from the Home button in the bottom left corner

o Click the Retail tile

o Select the Department and Shop in the location selector.

o Click Inventory Management > Purchase

Select the vendor(supplier) you are purchasing your items from.

Search or select the item you are purchasing.

o Use the search bar to search for the item you are purchasing.

o Or select the item from the grid area

o Once you select an item, a number pad will appear for you to set the number of items you are purchasing

o You will see the total cost and number of items you want to purchase on the left.

Enter the remarks to explain the purchase you are making.

Click confirmed.

Click submit

To search for a purchase you have made in the past, click the search icon on the top left of the interface.

o Enter the details of what you are looking for

o Click search.

Once you are done making your purchase, you will have to fix the selling price of your items to see it in the POS interface, reports and e-commerce store.
